The Crosby Arboretum is dedicated to educating the public about their environment. This mission is carried out by preserving, protecting, and displaying plants native to the Pearl River Drainage Basin ecosystem, providing environmental and botanical research opportunities, and offering cultural, scientific, and recreational programs.

The property contains the architecturally renowned Pinecote Pavilion that is recognized by the Mississippi Department of Archives and History as a Mississippi Landmark. Euine Fay Jones, Architect. The Pinecote Pavilion is also available as an event venue. 

The Crosby Arboretum was named Southern Travel Treasure by AAA’s magazine “AAA Southern Traveler”

Arboretum property hours: gates open at 9:00 a.m., entry gates close at 4:00 p.m. and exit gates close at 4:30 p.m. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Adult admission fees are $5, $4 for military and individuals 55 & over, and $2 for children. Individual, family, and business membership packages are available which give you access to over 300 reciprocal gardens throughout the United States.
